Standard hose insert. Select a hose, sleeve and seal specifically suitable for the gas, pressure and temperature. Use validated assembly and crimping specifications. The sleeve table identifies standard insert combinations; it does not establish gas-service approval. Assembly working pressure must not exceed the lowest component rating, including applicable temperature and service derating.

Catalogue thread designation Co2/W21,8. The corresponding common cylinder connection is DIN 477 No. 6, W21.8 x 1/14" right-hand thread, 14 threads per inch (14 TPI). This is a connection reference; Full conformity with the referenced standard must be confirmed. Verify the mating valve, sealing geometry and specified seal before assembly.

Application

CO2 gas supply connections, for example shielding-gas equipment, subject to approval of the complete assembly. Confirm suitability separately for liquid CO2, low-temperature service or food-contact applications. The swivel nut facilitates assembly; it is not a continuous-rotation joint.
