The DMG Mori NHX5500 combines rigid horizontal machining with efficient chip removal for demanding milling work. Our 2019 machine is equipped with an eight-station pallet system. This allows workpieces and fixtures to be prepared while machining continues, reducing waiting time between jobs and keeping the spindle productive. Multiple prepared pallets also support flexible scheduling, repeat orders and longer periods of unattended production, provided the tooling, programs and processes are ready for the planned workload.
