Hose application

Interlock sleeve for validated six-wire spiral R13/R15 hydraulic hose assemblies. R13 hose reference: EN 856 / SAE 100 R13; R15 hose reference: SAE 100 R15. For six-wire spiral hoses only. Verify the actual hose construction and dimensions before selecting the sleeve.

Assembly

Use with matching Interlock hose inserts. Both external and internal skiving are required to the specified lengths and depths, without damaging the wire reinforcement. Follow the validated hose preparation, insertion and crimping specifications for the actual hose, insert and sleeve combination.

Pressure rating

The hose standard describes the hose, not the pressure rating of the sleeve or complete assembly. Assembly working pressure must not exceed the lowest component rating, with applicable temperature and service derating. Dimensions B and C are sleeve dimensions before crimping, not specified crimp diameters.
